This is an outdoor music event. please bring your own personal seating. lawn chairs, blankets will be permitted. No seating will be provided by the cccf/ BRGF. Tents, Umbrellas or other obstructing structures are not permitted.
PUBLIC RESTROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONSITE. RESTROOMS WILL BE LOCATED BEHIND THE FOOD VENDORS INSIDE THE MAIN GATE.
Parking passes will be $10 per vehicle CASH ONLY AT THE GATE! DISCOUNTED ($5) PRE-PAID Parking passes are available ONLINE WITH Ticket purchasiNG thru March 13, 2021.
Directions and Parking
Take I-10 East to Exit 142 in Marianna. Drive South on HWY 71 approximately 18 miles, until you see the festival entrance.
Take 231 South to HWY 73. Turn left on 73N and drive to HWY 90 in Marianna. Take a left on HWY 90 and drive thru Marianna to HWY 71S. Turn right on HWY 71 and drive approximately 18 miles, until you see the festival entrance.
Take I-10 West to Exit 142 in Marianna. Drive South on HWY 71 approximately 18 miles, until you see the festival entrance.
FROM PANAMA CITY
Take HWY 231 North to HWY 20. Turn right on HWY 20 and drive thru Clarksville until you reach Blountstown. Take a left on HWY 71N and drive until you see the festival entrance.
General parking on the day of the event is $10 per car (CASH ONLY) at the main entrance.
ADA Parking will be available to those with visible placards. Trolly service may also be available from the parking lot to the main entrance if ADA parking is full.
Discounted pre-paid parking passes are available online thru the ticket pre-order deadline March 13, 2021. All those without parking passes will need to purchase one for full price ($10 CASH ONLY) at the gate.

Covid 19 Precautions
BRGF is an open air, outdoor event. As always we encourage you to practice social distancing. Masks are not required but encouraged. Masks will be available at the information tent. Sanitation stations will also be set up throughout the event. Attend at your own risk.
In the event of an emergency, please follow the directions of festival staff and listen for announcements.
If severe weather is observed in the area we will make the proper announcements via our stage PA systems including the severity of the storm, evacuation instructions, and festival suspension. Safety of our patrons is of the utmost importance to us. in the event of lightening, high winds, severe weather, acts of god, or any other natural disaster beyond our control BRGF can and may be cancelled immediately without refund.
RAIN OR SHINE
Be prepared with sunscreen, sunglasses, and a raincoat.
Rain or shine except in the case of inclement weather that poses a threat to guest safety.
Please prepare for heightened security including bag checks upon entering the festival. All attendees are subject to pat downs, bag searches and wanding. Armed security will be on site at all times. The CCCF / BRGF will take all precautions necessary to ensure the safety of event guests, staff, artists, & vendors.
IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING!
If you experience unusual behavior or see something you know shouldn’t be there, say something. Please report suspicious behavior to any festival staff member, medical personnel, security or visit our information booth.
There is a medical tent located inside the main gate. Medical tents can be easily identified on-site.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. CCCF IS UNDER CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATION TO THE PERFORMING ARTISTS, THEREFORE THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY TICKETS OR MERCHANDISE SOLD BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER BIG RIVER GOSPEL FEST.
Armbands will be given at the gate. You may re-enter with an armband. All those not wearing armbands will be required to purchase a ticket for entry and/or re-entry.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD/BEVERAGE WILL BE PERMITTED. NO COOLERS. NO PERSONAL BEVERAGE CONTAINERS. FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS WILL BE ON SITE FOR PATRONAGE.
NO ALCOHOL AND/OR TOBACCO ALLOWED ON PREMISES. NO SMOKING.
No videography is permitted. NO SLRs, professional cameras, video cameras, Drones or GoPros.
